To release any kind of fear we may be feeling at any time. Fear is not real - it stands for False Evidence Appearing Real. The soul knows no fear. It knows love. TAT STEP 1: " All that happened that resulted in any fears I am feeling now. " or.. " All that happened that resulted in my feeling of " I'm afraid to be alive, " or any kind of fear or lack of courage in any of my bodies or aura - mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, etheric, etc. " TAT STEP 2: It happened, it's over, I'm OK, and I'm no longer bothered by this problem, and I can relax. Continue till you have done all 10 steps. Remember to make your choosing step a very positive one, such as " I am the I AM PRESENCE FULL OF LOVE WISDOM AND POWER. I am in a state of courage, and I love to be alive. " or... I choose to hold my center in courage and love. I choose love, for I am the essence of love, my soul is full of love. It may look simple, but it is very powerful. The emotions of fearing to be alive (negative state) and loving to be alive (positive state) pertain to the kidney meridian. If you ever find yourself in a state of fear, do the 9-gamut (see EFT manual, www.emofree.com ), either by tapping at the collarbone (K-27, kidney meridian point) or by tapping at the gamut spot in the groove between the knuckles of the little finger and the ring finger, while doing the 9-gamut (eyes open, eyes closed, eyes hard down right, eyes hard down left, eyes in a circle one way, eyes in a circle the other way, count to 5, hum a tune, count to 5). This will help align your left and right brain hemispheres, and also help create balance in your male-female energies, thereby your male-female chakras too. You can also do the Circuit Balancing of the 3 circuits....as shared on page 31 of the PIVOT Manual - bilateral circuit (K-27 point, kidney meridian), lips circuit (governing spine and central brain meridian), and coccyx circuit. This will open up all 3 of your circuits - left/right, front/back and up/down...so energy is then flowing freely in your body, and is no longer log-jammed with fear.
