Yummy! Thank you Dana.rondana@... wrote: land Cream of Crab Soup Ingredients:1 pound land jumbo lump crab meat1 tablespoon fresh parsley3 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning1/4 cup butter2 pints heavy whipping cream1

quart half and halfcornstarch1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1 pint milk Directions: Bring milk, half and half, and heavy whipping cream to a boil. Add crab meat, fresh parsley, Old Bay Seasoning, butter, salt and pepper. When it starts to boil, make a paste of cornstarch and water to thicken soup. Thicken to your liking! This can also be made using 2 quarts of half & half, and leave out the Heavy cream for a lower calorie version. That's how I make it, it's great either way!It

makes alot so you may want to 1/2 the recipe, it will still make a good amount! Enjoy!!...Dana

mmmmmmmmmm..... sounds great but very rich! My daughter sent me a

crate of land crabs for my birthday this year (July 31) we had

a crowd and had a great time eating them just like we used to do

when I was a child at our family reunions and my cousins brought up

the crabs from Baltimore!! What a great idea it was! I really

could have used this recipe for the few leftovers we had.
