Add crab meat, fresh parsley, Old Bay Seasoning, butter, salt and pepper. When it starts to boil, make a paste of cornstarch and water to thicken soup. Thicken to your liking! This can also be made using 2 quarts of half & half, and leave out the Heavy cream for a lower calorie version. That's how I make it, it's great either way!It makes alot so you may want to 1/2 the recipe, it will still make a good amount! Enjoy!!...Dana
Guest guest
mmmmmmmmmm..... sounds great but very rich! My daughter sent me a crate of land crabs for my birthday this year (July 31) we had a crowd and had a great time eating them just like we used to do when I was a child at our family reunions and my cousins brought up the crabs from Baltimore!! What a great idea it was! I really could have used this recipe for the few leftovers we had.
