Flonase will not sustain your sense of smell. Right now, based on your other note, it appears that it is prednisone which is doing the job for you. Once off that, things will revert. It seems to me like your ENT knows of only one approach to Samters-generated polyps, ie., to cut. It's time, I think, rather, to cut your ENT, whether or not better than your old one, and find someone who really knows what they're talking about. Rather than planning on surgery in less than 5 years, I think you should plan to avoid surgery. Do your own research on desensitization, and keep irrigating, pulsitile-wise, even after all the operation crud is out of there. -- Ken West Check the library . . . samters/links
Guest guest
It was eating me alive so I called the docs office, I wanted the technical term of they are going to do to me in 3 weeks: "Tympano Mastoidectomy and Ossicular Chain Reconstruction" I take it..they are doing everything all at once. Does anyone know, if this type of surgery will require a full night in the hospital?
