Tell me during the time you suffered many infections in the ear did you feel

tired and washed out? only after my CT scan they have now found I have some

infected bone, mastoid I guess and I wonder if the body gets 'tired' trying to

fight the infection, or is it just me that feels washed out and tired?

Glad you are sorted, I hope to feel better after my op and almost look forwards

to it now!

I also feel tired and drained.. My doc said its due to my good ear overcompensating for the ear with hearing loss.

I would agree that living with cholesteatoma is draining, since my operation I

feel alot different, like I have an extra boost of energy.

Good luck with your surgery, wishing you a speedy recovery. I know the wait

takes forever but I found once it was all over the recovery is alot less painful

than the wait lol!
