I think for me 4 small meals a day helps keep my metabolism from dying... anyway I have kept calories at 800 to 1200 per day depending on what holiday happenings are going on.... I have little tastes of most things I like... Anyway I was banded Nov 7 and eventhough I have not been able to exercise due to an unexpected resurgence of my M.S. post-op...surgery tends to bring them out...but I am under control now :-) I am starting to take little walks... well I have lost weight...started at weight at hospital 121.5 I am down to 208 today!!! My weight before pre-op diet was 226! my highest! Yesterday I had to pin the waist of my skirt because it was so loose it was falling!!!! I am excited about being able to exercise more now...I am so hungry though I now have such a huge appetite some days! I am waiting to see when to have a fill as some days I am REALLY tight and others are wide open!!! HAve a great day and HAppy Holidays!!
