09-10-'08EFT on Shadow Work:

Even though I can't see the perfection in it...

When you attract into your life an experience that you don't like, and it

makes you face your shadow side, I found a wonderful EFT set-up statement

that one can use to understand how it was helpful to have attracted that

event in your life:

" Even though I can't see the perfection in it, yet I know my soul/spirit

attracted this experience for my benefit, I deeply and completely accept

myself. "

Then as a reminder phrase:

" I can't see the perfection in it. "

As you keep tapping round after round of the EFT acupoints, you will begin

to understand more and more of how it is helping you.and as you embrace your

shadow, you come into your own power.and you begin to see the perfection in

it.
