Folks,

I've been wanting to mention something wonderful to you all that has

turned my days around quite dramatically.

It is a

shake with some stress-blend herbs that amazingly wonderfully have kept my

spirits up. I remember when I was in Singapore for a year in

'98-'99 I was not working at the time, and that made me somewhat

depressed - and at that time, I really enjoyed taking St. 's

Wort….it was very helpful.

However, the

effect of St. 's

Wort is nowhere near as powerful as this particular stress-blend in Pure Trim

shakes.

So when

someone on our EFT healing

Highrise list mentioned that he had to go and buy his 5-HTP and St.

's Wort today, I thought I'd share this particular thing

I've been taking….it's called Pure Trim Mediteranean Shake

and it comes in a chocolate or vanilla shakes – they are all non-GMO, and

purely organic. I've been buying product from this particular

company for 10 years, so I trust the quality of what they provide. The

Pure Trim Wellness Shake is a meal-replacement

The protein

that makes up the shakes is non-soy, non-dairy and non-whey. It is made

from green peas and brown rice.

They have so

many things in them, herbs-wise, so I won't mention them all, but here is

part that is the

Anti-Stress and Energy Blend: 215 mg

Green Tea Leaf Extract, Cinnamon Twig Extract, Greater

Galangal Root Extract, Passionflower (whole plant and flower), 5-HTP (from

Griffonia simplicifolia seed), American ginseng root extract, apple pectin,

cayenne fruit, chamomile flower, citrus pectin, gingko leaf extract, jujube

fruit, lemon balm leaf, licorice root extract, Asian Ginseng Root extract,

peppermint leaf, rhodiola root extract, stevia leaf extract and maté leaf

extract.

Although we

cannot make claims, I am finding that it has worked for me on days when I have

mild depression too. I am pretty wow-ed by this, to tell you the truth!

It's

sold as a weightloss product and I find I've lost a couple of pounds in

10 days too.
