how's everyone been. hope all is well. i've been away for awhile. but

i have been keepin up with some of the emails. i've been kinda down because

of a lot of things lately. one of those being that i fell off of my workout

routine. its been a while since i've done tae bo. i keep telling myself that

i'll get back into it but something pops up. i jus started a new job about a

month ago with some crazy hours and i'm in school. it seems like there isn't

enough time in a day. but i did promise myself that this weekend i was going

to start my workouts all over again. i lost 40 lbs with tae bo earlier this

year. i'm now at 231 lbs. i wanna be down to 190 by may of 2002. i read

everyones emails and its so inspiring. i just wanted to reintroduce myself to

you guys and i wanted to feel some encouragemet....thanks

Chill,

40 lbs that is so great. Believe me I have fell off the wagon once or twice.

But I promise you can do it. If I can do it, Anyone can. I used to be the

worse about exercise, but now since I feel good from the inside and out, I

keep going. IF you ever need to talk to anyone, I am always here..

Welcome Back :o)!!!!!

Just take it one day at a time and ease back on in.

It can be hard when you have a weird schedule to not

only stay in sync with your body as it is , but also

workout. Just do what you can :o)!!!!!!

Welcome back to the group! I'll look forward to reading more of your posts.

Don't worry about not working out for a while, it's never too late to start

again! It won't be like completely starting over because you're already

familiar with the moves so you will be back up to speed in no time.

Welcome back, Chill! Don't be down on yourself. Starting a new job is very

draining and on top of that, you are in school. Try not to think about the

past month and just pick a manageable exercise routine for now. Try doing

the 8-min. tape 5 days a week for example. Or, walk during your lunch hour.

Definitely take advantage of the weekends to get some exercise in. Your

body will thank you.
