Well, The big candy day is over, the costumes, the decorations, the

pumpkin carving, the candy, and of course Trick or Treating all the

work and fun is over well, all but the candy! This year in my house

I am giving away all the candy in the morning! My 11 year old

daughter can choose a few pieces to enjoy one more day then we are

getting rid of it. She has weight problem and I do not want to

contribute to it by having a huge bowl of candy calling her name! It

is screaming my name, Trisha, Trisha come see me,eat me, savor me! It

is awful! I have to help us out as the adult, as the person that who

has been there, the one that lost 135 lbs and does not want to gain

it back. I have to just get it out of here! I am going to give her a

trip to the book store or craft store in exchange for the candy. I am

telling you this because I am begging you all to do it tooo!

Do not torture yourself and your household by having it in the house

it is only satisfying for a few minutes then comes the guilt, the

calories and the pounds!

Treat yourself to something healthy and remember

Thanksgiving,Christmas and little black dresses are just around the

corner!

Love you all!

Peace!

Trish
