Yes I do 24/7 and have for the past 4 years. First I got them through an

agency. The agency restricts the aides from doing some simple but necessary

things that I can't do because of my short reach. Through the grapevine

developed through some of those aides and through other disabled folks using

24/7 live in care takers I now have hired 2 aides who take care of me. Each

works one whole week and the other works the next week. They like this

arrangement as so do I. Family is not available. It is expensive but

healthier than an equally expensive nursing home which is depressing and

food is usually bad and not nutritious. Jacki
