Guest guest
I had a 3rd ear surgery this month (one in 1998, one in 2000); and am very used to ear problems! I have had a gazillion infections, 2 tympanoplasties, mastoidectomies (last one modified, canal wall-down), 2 cholesteatomas removed (one was attached to facial nerve) - etc., etc., etc. Here is my question - I just had A LOT of scar tissue removed (lazer); I know over the past 13 years this scarring has caused me many problems (painful, debilitating headaches; loss of taste (back now!), tri-geminal nerve dysfunction; etc., etc.) - QUESTION, What causes this to grow? Is it preventable to some extent? Does massage, sneezing, coughing, make it worse? How do you prevent it??? Thank you for reading.
