By Clearing Allergies

and

Installing Positive " I AM " Communications Affirmations

Do you have any relationship or communication difficulties – at work or at home – that you'd care to improve upon?

Consider the possibility that you both may have an allergy to one another.

I have found miracles happen simply by clearing allergies to one another, and it is important to do it from both sides.

See TAT process given below to aid you in this.

Clearing An Allergy to a Person using TAT

Sometimes when relationships don't work, it is because there is an allergy to the person. At times, the closer the relationship (and maybe the more conflicted), the higher the allergy level.

This can be healed using Tapas Acupressure Technique, also known as TAT.

Do all these steps in TAT Pose

Step 1: All that happened that resulted in my allergy to _________ (name of person).

Step 2: It happened, it's over, I'm OK, and I'm no longer bothered by this problem, and I can relax, and I no longer have an allergy to ________ (name of person).

Step 3: The origins of this problem are healing now. (or: God, thank you for healing the origins of this problem.)

Step 4: All the places in my body, mind and life where this problem is stored are healing now. (or: God, thank you for healing all the places in my body, mind and life where this problem is stored.)

Step 5: All the parts of me that got something out of having this problem are healing now. (or: God, thank you for healing all the parts of me that got something out of having this problem.)

Step 6: I forgive everybody I blamed for this problem including _______ (name of person), God and myself.

Step 7: I ask forgiveness of everyone that I hurt because of this problem.

Clear your allergies to a person and surrogately (with permission from their higher self) clear their allergies to you – that means you pretend to be them and clear their allergies to you. In other words, say to yourself that you are doing this surrogately/by proxy….and you choose/intend that you do not take on any of this person's energies as you do this.

You can also clear your allergies to a group, say if you are a woman, you can clear allergies to the group called " men " , or if you are a man, you can clear your allergies to a group called " women " . Or you can clear allergies to any ethnic groups or any profession or any grouping of people you are having difficulty with or that you have any bias towards. This can also be done for animals or any inanimate objects (such as cars, for example, if you're having car trouble).

If you need, use the violet flame to clean away all the toxic stuff between you from the past.

Install a new affirmation for yourself. For example:

" I am the 'I AM PRESENCE' and I am awesome. "

" I am the 'I AM PRESENCE' full of love, wisdom and power. "

" I am the 'I AM PRESENCE' and I decree that the relationship and communications between us are now awesome. "

You can use EFT, i.e. Tap or TAT while you do this to install it on all levels.

Do the same surrogately from their side. In other words, say to yourself that you are doing this surrogately/by proxy….and you choose/intend that you do not take on any of this person's energies as you do this. Now imagine this person installing a new affirmation for themselves.

For example:

" I am the 'I AM PRESENCE' and I am awesome. "

" I am the 'I AM PRESENCE' full of love, wisdom and power. "

" I am the 'I AM PRESENCE' and I decree that the relationship and communications between us are now awesome. "

You can use EFT, i.e. Tap or TAT to install it on all meridians, all levels, or simply imagine the violet flame consuming all the negatives while you do this and the white light bringing in all the colors of the rainbow and balancing all your chakras. Imagine that each chakra – violet indigo blue green yellow orange red - has an exhaust valve at the back and can let out all the negatives and you can let the white light fill you up with all the positives you want in every chakra. See each person fully empowered.

See both parties in an infinity sign – lazy eight (sleeping figure eight) and allow the flow of energy in that figure 8 to go between your hearts.

Do the figure 8 in all 3 directions – up-down, left-right, and front-back.
