" Unconditional

Self-Acceptance " Mode

Allows

Change

Here’s

an interesting quote on self-acceptance:

“Acceptance

allows change. The 'acceptance mode' includes everything, even my judgments. It

allows me to be okay now, even before I reach my goals.”

“When

you begin to accept yourself the way you are right now, you begin a new life

with new possibilities that did not exist before because you were so caught up

in the struggle against reality that that was all you could do.”

~ Traveling

Free, Mandy

Have you ever said to

yourself, “I will accept myself when/if/… (consciously); unfortunately,

the unconscious corollary to this is….”and until then I will reject

myself, and as long as I am rejecting myself, I also unwittingly allow others

the power of rejecting me and feeling hurt by that.”

Today you can choose to

change your self-talk, “I choose to no longer give away my power by

self-rejection any more, and I choose to accept myself unconditionally, even

all my judgments and judgmental attitude.”

Here’s a method that

can help.

Download free manual: www.TATlife.com

Do the STEPS of TAT on:

All that happened that

resulted in my feeling of rejecting myself.

All that happened that

resulted in my feeling of rejecting myself…when…(open-ended/specific)

All that happened that

resulted in my feeling of rejecting myself…because (open-ended/specific)

All that happened that

resulted in my feeling of not accepting myself…when…(open-ended/specific)

All that happened that

resulted in my feeling of not accepting myself…if…(open-ended/specific)

All that happened that

resulted in my feeling of not accepting myself unconditionally.

All that happened that

resulted in my feeling of accepting myself (very) conditionally.

All that happened that

resulted in my fear that if I accept myself, I will stay stuck and stagnant,

and not strive to become the best I can be…

All that happened that

resulted in my feeling of rejecting myself…because

…I’m

not ______ enough

…I’m

too ______.

…I’m

not ______.

…I’m

_____.

…I’m

not as ______ as...

…I’m

more _____ than____.

…I can’t

_____.

…I can

_____.

…I won’t_____.

…I

will _____.

…I don’t

_____.

…I do

_____.

…I got

rejected by _____

Finally, do the following

with TAT as many times as needed, till it is all cleared, and you are feeling

the unconditional self-acceptance, and notice the resulting change that ensues

in your life:

“All that happened that

resulted in my remaining feeling of…”

As you go through your day in

the days to come, commit to being more aware of the areas of your life in which

you love yourself conditionally, and empower yourself to switch into “unconditional

self-acceptance” mode….and watch as the beauty of yourself unfolds

before your very eyes.

As this year 2008 starts, I

wish you all a year of unconditional self-acceptance….and as a

consequence, a greater acceptance of all others too…bringing more peace,

harmony and love into your life.

Love,

Dayu
