Guest guest
I have to be very carefull what I eat. Many herbs and spices get me going. I have had good luck with my immune system after seeing a kinisiologist for a year and take supplements. At first stahe all I could eat was eggs. Guest guest
I have had input from a major research center that route of exposure is > key to reactivity -- respiration vs. ingestion vs. dermal. Would you say your reaction is confined to respiration only? I think this is the case with me > -- when I get to clean airspace, I seem to be able to eat about anything. > > Exactly! Dr Marinkovich, Mercola and others are fixated on the dangerous grains and mycotoxin contaminated food. My experience is that these exposures are negligible compared to respiration of mycotoxins. I saw a study several years ago that said " momentary exposure to Stachybotrys produces measurable changes in intestinal flora " . One possible factor for this response. -

I don't suppose that one could avoid some respiration in that scenario, but do those individuals react primarily though ingestion, and not via inhalation?
