Guest guest
Posings on this board have been invaluable to me in understanding what is happening to me. Thank you to all who have posted. I now understand why I could have had mold in the garage ceiling, and be very ill even though the presence of no spores was found through testing in the house, because it was the mycotoxins coming through that I was reacting to. I now understand why I continue to be ill because of the presence of mold in ceilings and walls in the house even though once again no mold spores register on a air test. However, I need some help in understanding the concept of cross contamination, especially so I can try to explain it to others. Is it spores or mycotoxins or both which are the culprits in cross contamination? If it is mycotoxins, how does this work? Are mycotoxins a gas or a solid? If it is a solid I can understand cross contamination, but if it is a gas, I have trouble understanding how it cross contaminates. I am very much suffering because of mycotoxins and cross contamination, yet I find it so difficult to explain the concepts to my family members who are not suffering. Does anyone know of any printed material out there that would explain the issue of cross contamination and/or the migration of mycotoxins through walls? Thank you...Jeri
