So I didn't see any point in solving a problem "That doesn't exist" for others who don't have it and are basically calling me a liar about its very existence.I sold my house too. Said it was moldy but since no one else on Earth has this problem, it was a non issue.Dr Marinkovich had a vague understanding that something was going on but offered no practical advice on cross contamination.I was the one who told HIM about mycotoxins penetrating walls without the presence of spores.

* Do these mycotoxins that damaged your health affect only a small minority of the population then? What is the mechanism? Thanks.

I suspect that it wasn't the ozone that detoxed the clothes.

We already know that killing a spore has nothing to do with toxicity.

Oxidizing the spore might break it down faster, but the toxins are

still there, whether the spore is decomposed or not.

I've learned the hard way that there are no end of experts claiming

to have the answers - Answers which very often conflict with my

perceptions. So I test for myself. I put possessions in a closet

with an ozone machine and taped the door shut. Let it rip for a few

days and found that it made no difference at all.

There's a huge range in toxicity of spores, even of the same species.

(Another reason why attempting to assess toxic exposure by counting

airborne spores is useless). Some give off their toxins quickly -

within a few days. Others seem to have enough toxic potential to

give a mold responder fits for years.

My suspicion is that people who have success with various treatments

like ozone or " blowing off the spores " would have gotten similar

results by removing items from a spore plume and just waiting for

that same amount of time to pass that the treatment took.

Just my experience.
