Resale Value after Remediation?

We recently completed mold remediation to our home, which included

removing and replacing all affected areas and replacing the synthetic

stucco (EIFS) with another sidin product (Hardie Plank). Follow up

tests show no mold in the house.

Does anyone know what obstacles we may run into in selling our house

now? We are in Texas and insurance companies offer policies with and

without mold coverage, so I don't think getting insurance would be an

issue. Are there any documented studies or statistics showing how

resale values are affected?
