Even when it was documented that it was a mold of a toxic flavor ( gag order) no one did anything about it but myself. I was SO damn sick! , you often make me smile when you mention the people who just don't believe you. I have had enough of that to last my nine lives. Thanks for your support. BTW, I recieved a notice that my appeal hearing from the Oakland Rent Board ( not known for being kind to tenants) was scheduled for today. They tried to increase my rent on this moldy unit as previously posted but they denied that I was owed back rent because the unit was not habitable. I wrote them and said it was a moot point now, and felt sorry for other tenants who have to wait 10 months for an appeal hearing.
