Guest guest
Jeri: I experienced hair loss, but not to the extent you have. The most important thing you must realize is...is that the most devastating effect from mold is how is destroys the immune system. Once our immune system is suppressed from this mold, it begins to build certain antibodies to protect itself, but the very antibodies it builds our ones which destroy our own immunity. We begin to develop all sort os auto immunity problems and diseases, which by the way most all have a diagnosis code and name at your local physician, but nonetheless - will you find mold poisoning in your local physician's office or the big red code book. So, you need to be worked up by a toxicologist who knows how to properly diagnose and treat mold exposure. I had a list of symptoms a mile long from 3 years+ of mold exposure and my immune system was trashed and literally fighting itself by destroying it's own cells. That is what we do when we have immune suppression issues. That is why you are losing your hair. I am getting much better now that I am out of the environment. I had to leave behind over $100,000 dollars in contents and my career and move on. I can breathe again, my nosebleeds completely stopped, my fungal/skin infections are gone, and the fatigue is getting better. My memory is still poor and believe, I still have hair loss and my overall sense of wellbeing is not good. But I am alive and striving. My suggsetion is for you to immediately move from your environment leaving all contents behind. Next, I would get to see a qualified physician for proper diagnoses and treatment. I am treating with Dr. in Spring, Texas. I have also sent lots of people to Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker in land. Both of these doctors are excellent and can get you diagnosed and treated. Lastly, there is an old book on the market called "Bald No More" and "The Bald Truth" by author Morton . He is a world renowned physician who specializes in baldness and its known causes, which is primarily detioriation of the thymus gland which can be caused my immune suppression. I HIGHLY recommend you get these cheap little books and follow his recommendations which are basically high doses of a few good vitamins in the "B" family and begin to nourish your thymus gland. You will notice an amazing difference in the hair loss and also my graying has nearly disappeared. I just turned 35 and what hair I had left was nearly all gray from these issues. We cannot produce healthy lively hair and skin with dead and traumatized cells on the inside. So, if you are serious about your wellness, you can start here. This author has also invented the Thymuskin Shampoo Product line. There are several websites out there about his books and products. It's truly amazing what we learn and how we heal ourselves when we stop seeking drugs from our local doctors to get us what "we think is well" and stop destroying our liver, kidneys, and other organs by way of synthetic chemicals produced by our pharmaceutical industry and professionally prescribed by the almighty. Wishing you a life of profound wellness! Take care and I hope the information helps you. Stacey from Sarasota, FL

Guest guest
Awhile back I recall reading something about significant mold exposure causing hair loss. Is that true? When I got sick 9 years ago (possibly from mold exposure), with hypersensitivity to everything and a multitude of symptoms, I began losing the hair on my arms and legs. It is now completely gone- totally hairless. The hair on my head also thinned, This past November I got very ill from what turned out to be stachy, which was remediated a month ago. Since November, I have lost about 90% of the hair in my genital area. Has anyone experienced hair loss from mold exposure? Does anyone know why this would happen? Is is simply that the toxicity puts the body under severe stress? I have been really curious about this and would appreciate any thoughts..Jeri
Guest guest
Stacey, Thanks for this fascinating and valuable information. There just happened to be a new article at Mercola's website on baldness. I won't post it here, but some may want to check it out. http://www.mercola.com/2003/apr/26/hairy.htm In regard to the thymus, I jus completed six months of taking a synthetic thymus hormone drug which is in phase 3 trials to treat hepatitis and can be purchased overseas with a US prescription. I think it helped me a lot. But the reason I mention it is that I noticed about two weeks ago that I had a lot of hair falling out. The only times I have noticed this in the past was a few weeks after giving birth. I am fortunate that genetically I have always had thick hair on my head, so wasn't worried, just curious. Your explanation of the role of the thymus gland makes perfect sense. Now that I am no longer getting extra thymus hormone, my hair is returning to what it was before. Anyway, that seems to fit the picture. Does this email list have files with names of doctors who treat neurotoxic illnesses? a Carnes Jeri: I experienced hair loss, but not to the extent you have. Guest guest
What's the mystery here? Don't doctors have microscopes? You can just jerk the hair out and look at the roots and see fungal folliculitis. Most people I talk to clog up the drain with their hair everytime they take a shower and wonder how much longer until they are completely bald. I was doing the same until I decided to " act in accordance with my perceptions " instead of a doctors belief system. Now I'm back to being a hairy ape-man. -

I went to the emergeny room as my broken finger was extremely infected and red. I kept telling the dr. that his diagoses was incorrect. He insisted I cut my finger when I tried to explain to him that I did not and thought it had something to do with with the small metal splint/ and swimming and my moldy environment.. He prescribed antibiotics and wrapped it in a fiberglass cast and home I went. I then went to my dermatologist 2 days later because it was getting worse. He took a small piece off and looked at it under a microscope. It was a terrible fungal infection. When I called the hospital to complain, I was told they didn't have microscopes in ER. Go figure. Guest guest
: My Doctor took hair, nail and skin samples as well as blood and sent the samples to a certain Enviromental testing lab, when the results came back, I had been way over-exposed to Chemicals in the Retail fashion/Beauty Industry and to the Black deadly Mold Strepte. Also, I already knew that I'd been exposed to raw seweage in the store, because we walked in it up to our ankle's almost, and the company didn't even provide Haznet cleanup suits. Go figure!
