4-4,5 tbsp. of flaxseed has the same amount of oil as 1 tbsp of oil.

Why 4, why not 3 ?

Isn't 3*35% = 105% ???

4,5 tbsp of flaxseed have approximately 1,5 tbsp of air.

1 tbsp of oil does not contain air.

Flaxseed oil is more then 50% of Udo's Choice Oil Blend.

Flaxseed oil should not be the only fat source in someones diet.
