Another question from a newbie

Hi, I have another question for you all. Have any of you sued

your insurance company for delaying coverage of a motel stay,

causing you to be exposed to the mold longer and becoming sicker? I

am looking into doing this because my insurance company refused to

cover a motel stay twice when I asked them, even after my doctor had

me sign a statement stating that he advised me to move out of the

house. They finally covered the motel stay two weeks after that.

Anyone have any thoughts on whether I have a case or not? Also, I

have a swollen gland in my neck since being exposed to the mold.

Does anyone know if that can be caused from mold exposure?
