To Members: File Update

Dear members,

Stitch aka rainbowcarebears had asked if we could organize our files

a little bit better than what they are by using folders. I think this

is a great idea and is long over due to make things easier for all of

us and for new members. I do believe that they only me so many Kb's

so I'll have to be careful. I'm sure we will be able to over due very

easily with the amount of information that we all have. So we need to

try and stay possibly within the last couple of years.

This is new to me as far as working with the files, what I can and

can not do. I think any of you for right now can add files to the

folders, but I'm not sure. If this can be done great, until I start

running into problems (abuse) with reports and/or links that I will

not recommend or that would be determental to the group. If you have

any other suggests as far as folders or management, please notify me.

My time is also very limited and this is why it has not been done

sooner. Any problems with the files please contact me. The files will

be in a bit of disarray until we can get things straightened out. If

you are going to add a file to one of the folders, please include a

link if possible and put the year ie: 98, 03,04 in the beginning of

each file.
