He instead sends them elsewhere at extended costs after his expensive testing. This was the way it was when I saw him years ago. Maybe it's changed now. Cost is one of the major factors in resolving these problems. Many of the so-called experts are charlatans taking advantage of their expertise and not trying harder to help the victims of these intolerable crimes. Most victims are ordinary working people - many without insurance - who cannot afford the fees. Most of the experts in this field do not accept insurance even when clients have it. Shame!
