Guest guest
is right. We need to stay focused and see if we can help each other as we are all we have from what I call " the outsiders " who dont understand or want to believe. Some days I am still so angry that the government did this to me and they won. Here is where I can share that to get it off my chest. Guest guest
and group -- This is so true it's not funny. Oh! -- you weren't trying to be funny? Try and prequalify a doctor as to his potential for interpretive thought. That is, if you're in the mood for an argument ending in an ultimate trump card of authority, which is generally hanging on the office wall in a frame. Don't forget to pay on your way out. I came to this group AFTER figuring out on my own that this is externally caused. However, with my increased (increasing?) reactivity, I have to look to the reason why I have this condition and others do not, especially the residents who followed me in the apartment where I got sick. We have to continue to share our experiences, look for clues, and keep open minds here. We're all we got. Guest guest
Just read 's post to and all in which he said we need to share with each other as much as we can about our exposures, etc. (my words) and I want to let you know something I've been doing lately---we have been in this house for over a year and a half now, and I've been ill with MCS since day one. Recently I have been doing energy testing on myself (for info on what supplements are OK, etc. for me) and just for the heck of it, I energy tested myself on the topic of our bedroom. It boiled down to the rug---the rug is toxic because it has had so much pesticide spray on it over the years (several families have been in here before us) It also could have had flea bombs set off in the room before. Long story short, my body energy tells me that I should have been sleeping upstairs long ago!!! So we moved our bedside tables and lamp, etc.up to the guest room and that is where we will be. You may ask the obvious question---why on earth haven't we removed this rug??? In checking the underlayment (wood?) we found that it is in terrible shape and to replace it and put in a hard wood floor would cost over a thousand dollars--impossible for us to do---we just claimed bankruptcy recently. We are in the process of hopefully selling this house and moving closer to Atlanta for those trips to the hospital (husband's cancer treatments). The bottom line for me is that I wish I had begun the energy testing long ago---it would have saved me much agony. Anyone out there using Kinesiology to test things in their environment? I tested for mold this way in the kitchen and it is still there, under or behind the dishwasher (unused for some time now)--can't remove the dishwasher without removing the entire counter top---the bozos who put that together must really be something!!!!!
