Guest guest
She could try an Ayurvediac herb staple called Triphala. I get mine from either Mountain Rose Herbs or Banyan Botanicals online. Triphala is very gentle, cleansing, balancing herb for digestion. It can be mixed with honey or juice, tea, water, whatever. It comes in powder form or tablet ( I prefer the organic powder) Warmly, Connie Connie Young, LMT www.LostRiverNaturals.com Organic~Herbal~Handcrafted teas, bath and body care and more $35 one hour massage! From: evergreengarden <evergreengarden@...>Subject: digestive problemshealth Date: Tuesday, August 26, 2008, 4:43 PM Hello, I would like some opinions about the following: My mother always complains about digestive problems. Although she has a good diet, no matter what she eats she often feels bloated. She burps a lot and digest very slowly. She eats little and in general her appetite is poor. I have the idea that the problem may be lack of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Any suggestion? Thanks, Rena

Guest guest
Perhaps the enzymes she is taking are not doing anything. Have you tested them to make sure they are working? Open up a capsule and stir it into a cup of pudding. It should liquify the pudding in just a couple minutes. If it doesn't do that, then it's not going to work inside you either.
