Guest guest
we were using the stirrup mic lock that helps hold the bodyworn processing unit behind the ear... well, we can't (CAN'T!!) keep the tubing from slipping off the earhook!!!... it's getting ridiculous as we're putting it back onto the earhook like 60+++ times per day (they're having the same thing with it at the deaf school where ruby goes as is the bus driver on her way to/from school)... last night i thought that maybe changing from the stirrup mic lock to the tube mic lock... we put that one on & we're still having trouble... does anyone else have trouble keeping the tubing on the mic locks from slipping off the earhook??... she loves wearing her CI & doesn't mess with it at all, but this constant fixing the tubing's driving me nuts!... i've made sure also, that the tubing's long enough, but not too long & it's perfect... she's only 3 so she has to have the mic locks as we've tried going with nothing & no way, that does not work at all... thanks ahead of time for answers as i'm anxious to hear from you all!!... there's a pic of her wearing it below... Guest guest
Chatterbox, Not your real name, I know. Scuff up the plastic on the earhook, that will give the tubing something to grip onto. A tip that was shared on another forum. *---* *---* *---* *---* *---* We Repair what your husband Fixed. --plumber sign & Dreamer Doll (Guide Dawggie) Newport, Oregon N24C 3G 8/2000 Hookup rclark0276@... http://webpages.charter.net/dog_guide/
