Guest guest
I've already written to the Democratic Party about Kerry's platform. I asked about toxic mold victims. Doubt that I'll get a response, but if more people wrote to both parties, maybe something will be done. I named all of the governmental agencies that did nothing for me. Barth TOXIC MOLD SURVEY: www.presenting.net/sbs/sbssurvey.html --- nac> I recommend that as many of us mold-impacted/mold-ill people make or nac> contribute to websites that share our stories fully AND that we start sending a nac> message with these websites in emails to all we know and all they know, and so on, nac> to media, etc. I like the idea very much of our voices becoming louder - we nac> need more advocacy, perhaps, in the media. nac> My question is: How are our school children supposed to learn in a frequently nac> toxic environment? How can our country sicken its people and expect the nac> country to remain strong and competitive worldwide? This is a matter of national nac> security. Building practices and remediation, recognition of the problem and nac> diagnoses, treatments, studies - all this must be very aggressively pursued to nac> strengthen the country itself. Most of what is mentioned on this board is about nac> the tragedy of individual homes and offices being moldy - so many of them, it nac> is just terrible - the needless suffering is so tragic. Consider that the nac> children of our nation are in schools with mold, too - very often - the indoor air nac> quality is suspected of being poor in from 1/3 to 1/2 of schools, nationwide. nac> The implications of this are terrible to contemplate. We must force a change nac> by being very LOUD and persistent. Please, tell your stories, put them on the nac> web and in the media, it is imperative to tell people and the government about nac> this problem. nac> To all of you out there who have suffered from these injustices, I understand nac> and ache for your losses. But let's get organized and raise up our voices, nac> together! I agree with your statements, . " You and I are just two little nac> affected people, but our stories have power in their truth, Janet. Like it nac> or not, you are part of the movement -- stay with nac> us.- " nac> Brinchman nac> www.schoolmoldhelp.org nac> www.weikertfund.org nac>
