Guest guest
Liliane, 1. Allow me to understand you a bit better here. 2. Are you living in the home that has this mold & mildew problem? 3. Are you the owner of thks home and is it the home that you were awarded the money that Zurich is not paying? 4. Has the house been tested by a CIH yet? 5. What entity/party is evicting you? 6. If so, why is your personal injury attorney who handled the claim not working on this issue for you? What is his advice to you regarding the eviction? Perhaps I should just give you a call. Let me know and I will do that. Although our cases are the same in that there is mold and the effects of the mold were the same, I left the apartment the day I got my test results back (3 days after paying the landlord $1500 in rent) and then served my landlord with the test results and a non-compliance letter to fix the problem or I was withholding the rent I followed everything to the 'T " according the Florida Statutes. Dependig on how bad things were with mold and mildew and I assume you have not remediated since you have not received the money, your contents are most likely contaminated. Mine are all in a warehouse under containment with a mold remediation company and the bill is $30K and there is NO guarantee that the mold will even come out of everything. I could go on forever.
