Guest guest
This is an inaccurate statement. Dr. Marinkovich's expert testimony was key in a case where a California jury awarded a family $2.7 Million in a mold related injury case. This was a JURY award, not a " settlement. " In fact, in this case a pre-trial demand of $1 million was made, which was the policy limit, and an offer of $75,000 was made and refused. Marinkovich was up against the same expert witness used in my case -- Dr. Gershwin. Now there's a guy in the insurance company's pocket!!! Do NOT use him! As for your e-mail inquiry -- I will reply privately. > As far as Dr. Marinkovich, although he is often times designated as an > expert witness, I am of the understanding he has not had to actually testify in > court.
