BCC:

Dear Mr. Short and Mr,. Kautz,

I received a letter from NAVSEA looking into my case. Here is an

exact quote.

" The shipyard was unable to verify your claimed excessive mold exposure

because you did not submit medical information in support of the claim. Although

OPM approved your application for disability retirement and you were

separated on Oct. 31, 2003,OPM does not release its reasons for approving

disability

applications. Accordingly, the shipyard doesn't know whether hypersensitivity

to mold exposure was the basis  for OPM's approval "

How can you lie to NAVSEA like that? I have letters

documenting you moving me to different places. 700,000 dollars was spent to

remeadiate

the basement. People were sent to my home to tell me I would not be

accommodated any more and I had to submit ALL medical records because I had to

promise

that I would apply for disability for THIS mold problem if I wanted to stay out

on admin leave!! I did all this. HOW CAN YOU TELL THEM MOLD WAS NOT THE

PROBLEM?

I will send my documents AND this email to NAVSEA. This is

outrageous. There are documents of my move because of mold as well as my leaving

one

supposedly all right place in an ambulance. There are also shipyard clinic

records.

You will NOT cover me or the mold  up.

There is also another matter of a CA7 form for T no one informed me

of. You will be brought your share to make out for my leave as the form

requests or direct whom is responsible for it. So I hope you kept good back

records.

     Thank you very much,

Janet A. s
