Kaye Kilburn is in CA. He wrote an excellent book called Chemical Brain

Injury

you can find it on Amazon and he just released a new one that is only as

far as I know available thru him.

It's an excellent techincal book that is well worth the reading.

Angel (still saying that chemical injury/MCS is just a laymans term for

Toxic Encephalopathy)
