Just a bit on the ozone subject. Remember even

things that are good for us in wrong quantity can

be harmful so when there are warnings out about

this and that, doesn't mean 'zero' is the best

for us. For example, oxygen. I was surprised

when I first realized you needed a Rx for oxygen

because if you breath in wrong %, you do damage

to your body/brain, etc. So oxygen can be

harmful too. However staying completely away

from it isn't helpful either!!

It is harder to deal with things that are good

for us in certain dose and bad in others but

actually find out that almost everything is that

way.

We tend to hear something negative and jump to

the zero thing alot. I know I do too until I

realize that 'nothing' is on my good list

anymore.

I don't listen to the FDA on too many things

either since the whole government is now in the

grip of big corporations and legislation for them

mostly and government agencys have a lot of

people FROM corporation on staff, prior drug

executives on the government payroll, etc. They

fast track studies now to do favors for drug

companies and other companies, thus we have Vioxx

and we will have LOTS more of those! An

antidepressant I took *reluctantly made me very

sick and I have really never fully recovered from

it. They aren't tested enough and negatives are

buried. Oh well, my little bit of cautionary

statement.
