Liver flush is also known as " Liver Cleanse " (flush & cleanse is used

interchangeably in this instance). I'm doing the 3-day protocol from

the www.sensiblehealth.com web site. I also do coffee enemas...I

used to do it daily, but every other day is adequate for me now.

I've posted my daily regimen on this board back on August 30th.

Detoxing has undoubtedly saved my life. (I was a couple of weeks

from death last year). If you've been exposed to mold, the key is

restoring your liver back to peak performance, otherwise you will

continue to feel miserable.
