Air containing mold seems " thick " to me - " dense " - it is not light and

breezy but " stale " and " heavy " , " musty " " dusty " and " old " smelling. I can feel

it

on my skin, too. This is not every room that has mold, but particularly in

older buildings.

I dont know if I can limit feelings to a word or two, but i can grab the

feelings in descriptive sentences:

Post nasal drip: like rubber cement stuck in the back of your throat that wont

move regardless of coughing or drinking

Mold hit: Being sprayed by mace perhaps? Pepper sray. Hot air that enters your

chest like swalling garlics or hot peppers one after another. Tight skin like a

sunburn across my forhead, dry eyes that cake up overnight, hot sweats after a

mold hit day, wake up soaked across my chest. Pain in my right ear, very deep

after a mold hit, aching and aches in shoulder where a very hard backrub in the

right place MIGHT releave the ache. Soreness like raw meat in a place just about

3 inches from my color bone int he soft space between my ribs.

Coughing: Dry, irritating attempts at moving what seems lodged in the back of

your throat or high in your ribs- endlessly unsuccessful in these attempts.

Extremeties: numbing, tingling, you feel like pounding your leg on the groud to

" wake it up " and get circulation back, cold unresponsive,

Disorientation: like you just stepped off an elevator and are attempting to

restabalize...like youve had a wine, but you havn't

Faiting, loosing any power in your knees to maintain an upright position,

intence desire for cold water and fresh air immediately,

Headache that doesnt subside, accompanied by the disorientation makes a general

foggy mind that has difficulty concentrating...

wait, what am i writing about....lol
