I have my WC hearing next week and their witness will be the data collector for

the indoor air quality of the library.

I was in there when the aspergillus indoors was 19 times that of outside.

Any quotable source saying thats outrageous? dangerous? anthrax levels...etc??

As in all insurance claims it is the responsibility if the one making the claim

to " prove " the claim... WC insurance is heavily controlled by the state which

often supervises the hearings... Often the standards of evidence is also

controlled by the state... [The Workers Compensation Board]...

If as you say the carrier will be using an employee of the public library as a

witness then it will be up to you to have either a better witness or a competent

attorney capable of making your case...

I understand the EPA and the Congress has issued statements that indoor air

pollution is a significant health problem..
