Guest guest
I have my WC hearing next week and their witness will be the data collector for the indoor air quality of the library. I was in there when the aspergillus indoors was 19 times that of outside. Any quotable source saying thats outrageous? dangerous? anthrax levels...etc?? Guest guest
, As in all insurance claims it is the responsibility if the one making the claim to " prove " the claim... WC insurance is heavily controlled by the state which often supervises the hearings... Often the standards of evidence is also controlled by the state... [The Workers Compensation Board]... If as you say the carrier will be using an employee of the public library as a witness then it will be up to you to have either a better witness or a competent attorney capable of making your case... I understand the EPA and the Congress has issued statements that indoor air pollution is a significant health problem..
