Guest guest
This group owes thanks to rainbowcarebearstitch10 for ongoing research and the posting of relevant studies that clearly illustrate the effects and implications of mold exposure.. While the current defensive position of the medical community, insurance industry and public administrators is to claim a lack of evidence of mycotic disease, the flood of information is becoming undeniable. America is not, and never has been, a nation that needs to be spoon fed information in order to make up it's mind about anything. This country handled World War II, and countless other crises -- the truth about pathogenic molds needs to come to a national awareness, and will be dealt with however it needs to be. Guest guest
Some additional links - some from this site is incorporated into the links below - many thanks to you all, who are helping keep a watch on the political world of mold untruths http://www.schoolmoldhelp.org/research.html http://www.schoolmoldhelp.org/links.html http://www.schoolmoldhelp.org/law.html http://www.schoolmoldhelp.org/index.html So many of the poorly designed/constructed buildings are making us sick - at home, at the office, at school - whether our government wishes to admit it or not. We must insist that they do admit it and that our physicians recognize these building related illnesses. As a teacher sickened in two buildings, after working in many leaky and old schools, I can tell you that it is more common than not to have unabated leaks and crumbling buildings in your public schools. Parents, please inspect your local schools and force them to be fixed, before these become a cause of your child's lifelong illness! Thanks to all of you on this dynamic site - I learn so much from you all!

Guest guest
Hello, I am new to this forum; thank you all so very much for sharing so much information here. Mold in my home has ruined me financially and I desperately need help before I am evicted from my own home. Does anyone know of caselaw regarding synthetic stucco homes being " unsellable " leading to foreclosure and loss of one's equity? If so, please let me know, as this is what has happened to me. When my ex husband left my kids and me I was given our new stucco home as my part of the " marital estate " . It was to be my " nest egg " which I could liquidate if need be. In 2001 I won a $100,000 lawsuit against the builder for moisture and mold problems. His insurance company, Zurich, disputed the decision and we appealed. Have not received a decision yet. When I got into severe financial problems this year I tried to sell my house to realize my equity. No one will even look at it because its synthetic stucco. Real estate agents will stop in front of my house, call me on their cell to say their client is interested, but " is it synthetic stucco? " When I tell them " yes " , they back off fast. As a result of my financial problems and not being able to realize my equity by selling my home, it went into foreclosure. I know the person who bought it is not going to disclose to his buyer about all of the problems. Received an eviction notice in the mail on Saturday, which I'm going to fight legally. thank you, Liliane -----Original Message----- From: nomoreschoolmold@... Guest guest
>Seafloor mappers found that the area where the quake occurred slammed >upward from 4000 feet deep to a final depth of about 150 feet. Other spots >are even shallower now and ships can't pass where once they could. Can >you imagine living on the prairie and seeing the land suddenly shoot up >4000 feet before your very eyes? > >Darrell Ack. No, I can't imagine. Where did you read this? 4,000 feet deep is REALLY deep. We were shocked after an earthquake when the ground level moved, oh, 12 feet or so.
