EPA and Justice ignore the law

Seems the EPA and Justice Department ignored these request under the Federal

Freedom of Information Law. So much for Victims and Citizens Rights. Let the

polluters and law breakers run wild.

Dear Ms. Whitman;

We received the attached September 11, 2001 letter from the White House. It

mentions a referral that was made to your Agency. We also received the

attached letter from Senator Kennedy about the referral he made to your

Agency. At this point, exactly six months after you received the White House

letter, we are all still awaiting a response.

At this time, we request under the Freedom of Information all documents,

memos, letters, photos, notes, communications, recordings or any other form of

communications that pertains or mentions our communications to or from the

White House or President, to our from Senator Kennedy and any offices,

consultants or employees of the EPA.
