Guest guest
Who has had experience with ozone? What are people's thoughts ont its safety? Im trying to recover at home from neurotoxin poisoning from work. My husband still works in the area at times - we are considering doing our whole home. Guest guest
I've been using an ozone generator & accessories for various oxygen therapy protocols for over a year now. I was exposed to mold in early 2001, but problems in our apartment began in mid-2000. Let's just say that oxygen/ozone therapy will let you know just how toxic you are by the rashes & /or lymph fluid that comes of your body. I would suggest first trying a series of liver flushes because your liver is probably not working as efficiently, congested with all the awful toxins. --- In , " Page, " <pageang@l...> wrote: > Who has had experience with ozone? Guest guest
, I think you were referring to using an Ozone generator for decontaminating your home and belongings. There has been some in depth discussion and examination of this here, and in general, I believe the concensus is that it's not really a practical solution for this application. I have seen a number of papers on using ozone for decontamination of bulk grain storage in the agricultural industry and the like, but a number of posters here have reported failure using this technique. Hope this helps. Lee > > Who has had experience with ozone? Guest guest
Pardon, I menat to address this last comment to , not . , your physical therapy using ozone sounds interesting. Guest guest
Not effective at the levels that it is safe for humans. Only test it has performed at was for smoke remeidation. Its an UNSTABLE molecule of oxygen. Oxygen is a bivalent stable molecule weith a bond angle of 180 when you add the addition oxygen molecule it has an angle of 120 which it is not stable. Its a respiratory irritant. Alpine was sued in federal court for misrepsentation, Bill COnverse the president of Alpine got SLICK and pulled a number. He divided up his company manufacuring and sales. SO he can not be sued if his little con artists make unsubstanial claims about the efficacy of 03. The FTC is still prosecuting sales people who claim its safe, effective etc. On Sat, 28 Aug 2004, Page, wrote: > Date: Sat, 28 Aug 2004 07:03:07 -0400 > From: " Page, " <pageang@...> > Reply- > > Subject: [] ozone? > > Who has had experience with ozone? Guest guest
FYI: I had a doctor suggest that you could run an ozone generator in a room with the doors closed, towel under door, etc. for a non- specified duration, then turn generator off (wearing protective gear of course) and let the room air out overnight or for some amount of time, anyway, and repeat as necessary. I haven't tried it myself but it's an interesting idea. I'm currently using the Sharper Image Ionoc Breeze (@ a whopping $450 w/a 60 day money back gurantee) in combination with a periodic fan out the window. It's only been a week, but I don't think it's working. I think the fan blowing air out of the window may be helping but the effects don't last very long...which implies something in the room is contaminated....arggghhhh.
