Guest guest
I got sick in a government building. Osha and the whole nine yards and told I cant sue. I didnt know police departments were exempt. They railroaded me out on disability instead of accommodating me. I have an ongoing EEO case and a workmens comp hearing next month. Workmens comp is like going against sharks so beware! I wish you lots of luck and God Bless. Janet

Guest guest
The only way to get these SOBs to give WC rights to you is to bring in a nebulizer filled with mold and see who of the judges or arbitrators will breathe it for a few days or even a few moments. Then you might see some justice. MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS ARE *NOT* EXEMPT! Lousy liars! They lie when they tell you it isn't harmful too. Take in some documentation about mold biowarfare weapons. I want to reopen my mold case with WC, but the WC advocate tells me that I need a NY doctor to do so - that I can't go to Dr. Shoemaker in MD! They also told me to have testing done at Mt. Sinai, that WC will pay for it. However, when I called Mt. Sinai several years ago, it had to be paid for out-of-pocket - NO WC! They're all a bunch of lying fiends. There...I vented too! Guest guest
Please see our website: www.schoolmoldhelp.com. Much of what is in the site is applicable to any workplace - there is Research, Steps to Follow, Internet Links, FAQ, etc. that answers many of your questions. I have to say that Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker of www.chronicneurotoxins.com has a good treatment protocol and has won numerous Worker's Comp cases in MD, from what I am told. Guest guest
Melina (and others) - Ditto!!! He collects a minimal extra fee so that we can all donate to his lobbying for more research and awareness, because as his literature says...this is an everyone problem and we all need to pitch in a bit to solve it. I read a post somewhere months ago of a woman in Florida saying... " Go see Ritchie Shoemaker - he may save your life " After being treated locally and incorrectly for allergies, pneumonia...etc...or just ignored out of cluelessness more than lack of desire I went to Shoemaker. I am feeling stronger. Thanks to that woman, whoever she was. I work with a public radio affiliate and have a programmer thinking of gathering some facts and testimonies for airing in the future. This is just a basic feeler...if interested in giving an interview....e mail me off list: folkplus@... Page wjffradio.org/folkplus -----Original Message----- From: Dydrm4Cody@...
