third fill and I need help

Hey guys,

I jus went for my third fill. This time the doc really stressed liquids for 48 hours. I was just wondering why? Will it push the saline back out or is my stomach irritated from the increase? I was just wondering. I usually just see how it goes, and increase to full liquids when I get hungry,but I don't want to sabatoge this. I appreciate any advise. I'm trying to keep the scale moving. I also have a horrible summer cold and I am afraid to take pills since the doc stressed liquids....should I crush or is it not a big deal?

ps hairloss....I experienced it after childbirth and again with the band...I make sure to take my multi-vitamin, calcium, and nioxin hair supplements....these have the b vitamins we need. I also use the nioxin shampoo and I donated my hair to locks of love...hope this helps someone

Hey , I've been wondering how you are doing. When Dr. A says to stay on liquids, just listen. LOL No really, your stomach needs to heal after getting a fill so we do liquids to give it chance to heal. A fill is irritating, if you eat solids right away, you may PB and cause swelling, you are already "tighter" from the fill and then add PB and swelling, it could cause problems. You don't want to have to turn around and get an unfill just from pushing food too soon :)I see you are still enjoying onderland! That is awesome!! I have so many issues with pills, I would just take liquid alkasetzler or something like that, no pills - those cold pills can be HUGE - Sudafed might work OK??!!?? Cyrena, I hope your move goes really well. Any news on the job front? Your still in my heart. I know your going to have great days soon. As always thanks for the advice. This cold has gotten my spirits down. I think the only thing cauing me to plateau now is me!
