Scripps Medical in La Jolla had a big mold problem several years ago which

killed at least one patient. Major remediation was done AFTER the patient's

family sued. I went there some years back to attempt to find out why I was sick

(mold and Dursban) but they were NO help. I hope things have changed for the

better. Mal

No, Scripps is not helpful. At least one doctor there, in charge of the

Allergy Dept., has been found to be extremely negative with mold patients. I

wouldn't recommend them AT ALL.

I don't have a mold allergy but the 3 times I was in San Diego area I was

sick as a dog. (San Diego, Dana Point (2x)).

But when I spent time in Frisco and Monterrey up north not a problem.

GO figure.
