I found my " before " picture in Dr. Aceves' and how to post this message but I

can't figure out how to post a current picture. But I did a zipline adventure

yesterday. Went soaring like an eagle 35 feet above the ground. It was a blast

and is on facebook. At 220 lbs I would not have even made it up the steps to

the tower for take-off. But I flew!!
