Guest guest
I was sleeved on Nov. 1st. So far, I've lost 42 lbs. I've stalled a couple of times, had issues with a UTI & a late visitor (MS). Now I'm having a problem and hoping it's nothing but wanted to run it past this group to see if anyone else has experienced this " feeling " ... I feel like I've swallowed a bunch of air, it's a wierd feeling, I don't have gas necessarily, but feels like air bubbles in my chest, throat & stomach. It doesn't hurt, I don't burp or pass gas, I've tried Gas X but it still continues. I've been feeling this way for a couple of days now, and NO, I haven't been using a straw or sucking alot of air. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks, Cheri
Guest guest
Cheryl I have always had that. There are times now when it is real bad and times when its not but it is always there. I believe that is one of the reasons I have lost so much so quick. It now has made me really uninteresting in food or drink. I eat now to nurish my body and that's it!Lydia Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerryFrom: "cheri14210" <cheri14210@...>Sender: Date: Fri, 14 Jan 2011 22:11:54 -0000< >Reply Subject: What is it??? Guest guest
Cheri, I think I may be experiencing the same thing. It is like tiny little bubbles that I can more hear then feel, mostly in my throat and chest area.....if that makes sence! LOL! It is hard to explain. I almost picture it as the carbination from a soda...it almost sounds the same way, even thought I haven't had a soda since surgery in August. I have been experiencing this for about a week now along with some other things. I have more heartburn now then I did before. I have been taking my Prilosec and it has been fine up until about a week ago and now one prilosec a day does not keep away the heartburn. The " bubbles " seem to bring some heartburn. A few days ago, I started having pain in my upper back between my shoulder blades which I contributed to my posture and sitting a lot because I've had a major project at work that has kept me pretty sedentary this week....and then last night I had pain under my right rib cage. I suspected my gallbladder and googled the symptoms. Sure enough...indegestion, pain between the shoulder blades or right shoulder and pain under the right rib cage. Wouldn't have connected them, I just got concerned after the pain on the right side. I'm sure you know, but having a gallbladder problem is common after rapid weight loss, so just something to think about if you start getting other symptoms. > > I was sleeved on Nov. 1st. Guest guest
I have had problems with not getting all the emails as well. It seems to be a problem off and on with random people because others have mentioned it and I wasn't missing emails, but then about a month ago I noticed I was missing them, but no one else mentioned it. Now it seems to have resolved for me.Sent from my iPhoneOn Jan 18, 2011, at 1:21 PM, deedeemitchell <deedeemitchell@...> wrote: What I should have written was is anyone else having problems getting posts, or are there just not any new posts?
