Do you mean IsoPuke??? Ohhhh, that stuff is horrible. At one point we were looking to see who the makers were so we could hunt them down like a mad dog. ;o)Some people like it, many don't. I think it must take a bit like flavored pond water with pond scum and all. It's not the flavor as much as the texture that gets me. Isopuke was the first thing that I ever ever ever barfed on after banding. So my opinion of it isn't great.

Isopure is NASTY!!!!!! I could not get it down. It is really high

protein, but I just could not do it. I take the Special K water with

me wherever I go. It is not really high in protein, but it has 5 grams

per bottle and tastes delicious. It has 50 calories per bottle.

After the clear liquid phase, I used (still do, actually) the Whey

protein powder in the black and red container that they sell at

Walmart. I got the vanilla and I use my Magic bullet, some fruit, and

ice to make a delicous smoothie. Not too much fruit, though. LOTS of

sugar! Lots of vitamins, though, too. I also got an unflavored whey

protein powder at GNC that is good in anything. It has absolutely no

flavor at all. It is also in a black and red container. Wish I could

reemember the names... :(

, Some people enjoy the Isopure. I personally had to dilute it 50/50 with water to drink it. I did use some of the tangerine flavored one to replace the cold water when I made sugar free orange jello. That was good. I also didn't like Unjury added to clear cold liquids, but it's great with skim milk. Crystal Light flavor tubey things can be added to hot liquids too.. the peach tea is wonderful served hot for a breakfast drink...There's no protein benefit to that but it's another way on a cold day to get your fluids in. karensvenson <karensvenson@...> wrote: What are the best tasting high protein drinks to use now. I love the Green Apple Isopure drink. It was my life saver during

the clear liq stage!. I got several of the bottled ones to try the

different flavors, and the apple was my favorite! Good luck

Hi ,

I have finally found a protein drink that I enjoy. I take a big glass

of ice water and put the Crystal Light Cherry Pomegranate one serving

packet in it and then add about 1/2 or 1/3 of those protein bullets. I

forgot the name, but I got it at GNC and it had 45 grams of protein in

one bullet. I had a Fruit punch one and a peach one. They both tasted

great mixed with the Cherry drink. The cherry drink also has vitamins

A C and E. I now feel like I'm getting more water in also. I used to

like the protein shakes but when I'm tighter in the mornings the water

drink goes down much easier. The bullets are kind of expensive at GNC

so I will probably try and order them on-line in bigger quantities.

Good Luck!

Um, I'm not sure if this is what Dana is talking about but it seems to

fit the description: CNP Professional ProSlam!™ :o)

Personally, I'm ok with the Isopure. I like the powdered flavors

better than the bottled ones. The bottled ones taste good, but they

have an astringent quality to them afterward that I don't like---sort

of like eating a green persimmon.

I have several flavors of Unjury but have only tried the vanilla one so

far. It's ok but not a good test for me to say yea or nay because I'm

not a fan of just vanilla drinks. I added some fruit punch protein

powder my Mom has and that helped but I'll definitely be dressing up

the 'nillas.

For the full liquids, I'll be using---and would recommend---the EAS

drinks. Not the Myoplex which are high carb too, but the low carb

ones. You can get them at Wal-Mart and I think they're quite tasty.
