Jo,

All the feeling and emotions that you are feeling are really normal. This is a enormous BIG thing in your life. I am very proud of you for doing this. We have been where you are. You will have all kinds of feelingss. Panic, excited, happy, 2nd guess yourself, scared, can't wait, want to cry, ask yourself did I do the right thing. Wonder if you are going to be the ONE person that this doesn't work on. So I want you to know you aren't going to think anything or say anything that 99% of us haven't already thought of our said. Welcome to our world. You are going to be just fine. You are in excellent hands and we are all right here for you. Ask away with questions. Say what you are feeling like being scared or happy all at the same time. This is really a great support group here.

Hugs,

Suzanne

Thanks Suzanne! It is exciting! I am so happy to get this underway earlier than I was expecting. My husbands boss was very understanding as she went through it herself with her partner (RNY). He has as much time as he needs with me.. that right there is a huge help. Now the prep begins! Getting some supplies ready and lots more inner work too. I keep on being reminded that things sometimes happen for a reason.. if I was still working at my stressed out desk job, not only would I not have even pursued this- heck- I didn't even pursue a real vacation for years.. but I would still be eating crap for dinner and not working on me.. not that I can live the life of a permanent full time house-wife financially, but for a while- we can.

My full time job went from taking care of other people to taking care of ME, and getting ME back to being healthy again. I can't say how lucky I feel about that.. and yes, just wish I'd done it sooner.. even though I haven't done it yet!! :)

Thanks for all the encouragement, it is and continues to be a big help!Jo
