Do you have any paperwork on the equipment? How about contacting the

manufacturer? As far as a replacement inspector goes - sounds like

you need to find a remediator or HVAC company that understands these

systems and the importance of them working efficiently. Here's a

link for the Indoor Air Quality Assn (http://www.iaqa.org/) where

there's a link for finding certified mold remediators and indoor

environmentalists.

I hope this helps.

Hi Zippi,

Why don't you call the factory or manufacturer and ask them to refer you to a

local dealer/distributor... The company that manufactures your item I believe

is Gaymer Industries of New York who make special equipment for hospitals and

nursing homes... They are listed as

Gaymar Industries, Inc. 10 Centre Drive, Orchard Park, NY 14127 USA

Telephone: 800 828-7341 or 716 662-2551

FAX: 800 993-7890 or 716 662-0748

Hope that helps.. Let me know how this works out...

Hello,

I think this is my first post here. I like near Knoxville, TN..

I had my home gone over several years ago by an inspector, Tommy Lyle.

He had to retire, however, due to health issues. Now, I don't know

how to locate anyone else if I need some help. Is there an

organization where one can get referrals for their area?

Tommy installed an Ultra-Aire ADP machine. This machine puts our

house under positive pressure, brings in fresh air, dehumidifies, and

filters the air. It has been running for several years

constantly. I don't know what to do if it goes on the blink ? ! (:/

Thank you . That's a good idea.

My unit wasn't made by Gaymar though. It was made by a company

called Therma-Stor in Madison, WI.

Best,

Zippy

Hi Zippy,

I saw your reply to another person about your Therma-store product.

I had a contractor purchasing from them for me, and you can reach

them at:

1-800-533-7533. They are in Madison, Wisconsin. I speak to Ken who

designed my dehumidifier, but I don't know if he the person you need

to contact for your product. Good luck.
