I am exactly 2weeks out today (34lbs off!)...my doc says i can start eating mushy foods on the 29th-how many times a day will i be eating? ....and when i move up to full food-or whatever they call it-will the times of day i eat increase or decrease? Thanks!..you are easier to talk to than my doc sometimes:)
Guest guest
Three (3) times a day for the rest of your life. They don't want you to snack and graze.....but from my own experience, the average I eat is twice (2) a day and I'm content with that. I'm eating less the further out I get, I don't know why but I'm ok with it. I have lost 95 pounds in 4 1/2 months out, got 25 more to go till I hit goal. Good luck.Sent on the Sprint® Now Network from my BlackBerry®From: Weir <meganweir30@...>Sender: Date: Tue, 23 Aug 2011 12:07:15 -0400< >Reply Subject: Re: Summer and weight loss Hi suzanneI just have a couple questions...I am exactly 2weeks out today (34lbs off!)...my doc says i can start eating mushy foods on the 29th-how many times a day will i be eating?...and when i move up to full food-or whatever they call it-will the times of day i eat increase or decrease?Thanks!..you are easier to talk to than my doc sometimes:)

At this pont I never needed a snack. I would make sure that you are getting at least 70 grams of protein each day. When you start eating regular food same thing 3 times a day. Remember that your new small stomach will only hold as much food as the size of your thumb for the first few months. As time goes one you will be able to hold 6 to 8 oz of food. Remember when you start eating regular food you want to keep it at 800 calories per day. NO white carbs. And try keep your carbs at no more than 20 per day. I am flattered that you think I am easier to talk to than the doctor. Don't let doctors let you feel that way. They are working for you, you paid them. Dr. Aceves is fabulous and is so kind.
