Guest guest
Hey, You are going to wake up after the surgery and all your fears will be gone. Let them pamper you and they will do a great job of that. Remember this is ALL about you. Make the most of your time, walk a lot and when you aren't walking take a nap. Naps are great. Congratulations on making a choice to save your own life. Guest guest
Yeah Josh--you did it! Congratulations. Here is a great success story from me that worked so well in month ONE. I went to GNC to buy their zero carb ISOPURE--I bought 2-cases. I made the chicken soup, strained off the chicken + veggies and drank the broth--delicious. And then after the first 10 days I bought the vanilla zero carb Isopure shakes [again at GNC] and drank shakes and zero carb drin for the first 30 days. The result almost 30 pounds off. Now into month two, on solid foods--testing one food at a time and back tracking to soft foods. I am working on losing 10 pounds in this month. One thing that is easy to eat is watermelon--but everytime I eat it, I do gain a pound....water weight.....I am sure. Good Luck to you. > > So I am here and ready for tomorrow morning still silent panicing. The hospital is great and the staff is Awesome!
