I have lost 50 lbs. and 15 inches. You will find everyone on Dr. A's team very helpful and kind. Keep in touch and let us know how you are........ This first month will not be the easiest, but believe it or not, next thing you know 30 days will pass and you won't know what to eat. Good Luck!! I am Jeanie Uhlik and was banded on 9/14/07, lost 32 lbs so far. I live in California (about 50 miles due east of Fresno in the foothills) We live at about 3500 ft level and sometimes get snow this time of year.
