strong solvant odor

i'm not sure if you mean new oil in a bottle or used oil, but I have

clothing with an odor close to that. If you really mean solvent, i

think thats a very close description. Speaking of " smells', again

tonight I just got a huge wiff of what seems to be a moldy odor, over

a large portion of West Sacramento. I believe I can spot the

offending site as a former log dump and now a broken up concrete

dumping area on the north boundary of the Port of Sacramento. This

smell to me is unmistakable, i don't know why people haven't

complained yet. Biff Byrum
